moscow subway explosion - An explosion in the Moscow metro station Lubyanka occurred Monday morning at 7:50 am, reportedly killing 26 civillians. 15 people died in the train, and 11 in the platform. At least 15 others injured. The bomb was contained in the passenger car second. Witnesses said the explosion occurred when the train stopped at the station.

About 45 minutes later, a second explosion followed the Park Kultury station Metro. Fifteen additional people were reported killed in this season. Both stations are on the same line. Emergency workers tend to victims in both seasons.
